Giving in Your Workplace Couldn't Be Easier!

Workplace giving is an easy way to support The ALS Association Oregon and SW Washington Chapter. Giving at work through payroll deductions is simple and there are many convenient ways to contribute. Please contact your HR department for more details.

Contributing Through the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC)

As a member of CHC: Creating Healthier Communities, The ALS Association is one of the approved health charities participating in the Combined Federal Campaign.

Federal and state employees and members of the military are encouraged to participate in the CFC and may designate The ALS Association Oregon and SW Washington Chapter by writing in our 5-digit CFC code (49902) on the Workplace Giving Form. It is critical to know that this code is only good in Federal campaigns. Most public sector campaigns use codes, and they will be distinct to that particular campaign. To locate information on our chapter, you can always reference our EIN: 68-0516066.

Making Your Gift Through the United Way

If your company participates in the United Way Campaign, you can designate your contribution to The ALS Association Oregon and SW Washington Chapter. All you need to do to support our chapter is designate your pledge through United Way's Donor Choice Program by following these simple instructions:

  • Read the instructions on your pledge card.
  • Write in The ALS Association Oregon and SW Washington Chapter at 825 NE Multnomah St, Suite 940, Portland, OR 97232 on the card.
  • Contact Amy Easton, Development Director: Gifts and Communications, at 503-238-5559, ext. 116 or Amy.Easton@alsoregon.org for additional information.
