Calling all Mayer’s Minions to sign up as walkers and/or donors for the May 15th Walk to Defeat ALS!  As was necessary in 2020,  it will be a virtual walk.  

As the team captain, I have high hopes that this event will once again show that Mayer’s Minions are great supporters of the local ALS Association that continues to provide much-needed help to PALS (People with ALS) and their caregivers even in the most challenging times — as this past year has definitely been.

A few of you may have noticed that May 15th is the day before the 52nd anniversary of the marriage of Mayer and his #1 Minion.   Though I wasn’t one of the folks who chose the Walk date, I am very pleased to have an additional reason for that weekend being a special one.

As in the past, I will match all donations as well as make an initial donation.   This will be the only Walk event for the team this year; so, it will indeed be marvelous if the team’s total reaches  the sum of the team’s totals for last year’s Hike AND Walk!   Any amount will help us reach that peak!
